GENERAL RULES

  • OFFICE/STORE HOURS: 8AM - 5PM Daily . Holiday hours may vary.

  • QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM . Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time.

  • PLAYGROUND HOURS: 8AM - 9PM . Supervise children at all times (8 years or under)

  • POOL HOURS: 10AM - 9PM Seasonally . NO GLASS, NO SMOKING, and NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Supervise children at all times. Please follow all additional posted Pool Rules.

  • CAMPING: One RV camping unit per site. No extra units or tent camping allowed. No more than 6 persons per site.

  • VISITORS: Must Register at the office upon arrival. All visitors are required to pay a fee if staying overnight and/or using the RV Park facilities.

  • TRASH: Please put all garbage in the dumpster located at the corner of Magnolia & Oak. A $10.00 trash pickup fee will be charged if any trash is left on site.

  • SPEED LIMIT: 5MPH and strictly enforced . This includes all motorized forms of transportation, electric bikes, scooters, skate boards, etc.

  • PARKING: One vehicle per site. Do not park or drive in the grass. Do not drive through empty sites.

  • EV CHARGING: Is allowed for an $20.00 fee per day, but may not be allowed at your assigned site. Please contact office for details.

  • Washing RV’s is allowed for a fee, please contact office for details.

  • ADDITIONAL CABIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UPON CHECK-IN. 

NOT PERMITTED

No Tents, enclosed canopies with floors, clotheslines, portable hot tubs, Auxiliary generators, refrigerators/ appliances outside of RV, excessive clutter, auto repairs, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, or firearms.

All camping units must be a manufactured RV with RVIA certification- No conversions or car/van camping allowed.

  • Do not place rugs on grassy areas.

  • Smoking is not permitted in any common areas.

  • Storage trailers & tow dollies must be placed in designated parking areas, not on site.

  • Rowdiness and drunkenness will not be tolerated.

  • Washing of Cars of RV unless there is a nozzle on the hose and you have paid the fee in the office.

  • Motorcycles/motorized carts are not permitted in the park.

  • Campfires are not permitted outside of a fire pit, and campfire ashes may not be dumped on the ground.

 

CHECKING IN

All Registration fees are to be paid in advance. Please register for only the amount of time you are sure you will stay.

Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated for a fee when available, contact office for availability.

CABINS
CHECK-IN: 3PM CST
CHECK-OUT: 11AM CST

LATE ARRIVALS

Our office closes at 5pm each evening, but late arrivals are welcome!

If you have a confirmed reservation and arrive after hours you will have a packet at the Night Registration Board under “Late Arrivals” with your last name written on it.
If you arrive after hours without a reservation, visit the Night Registration Board to choose a site from the posted “Sites Available List” and follow instructions for deposit payment.

PET POLICIES

We welcome two (2) pets per site, and ask that pet owners follow the below guidelines to ensure a great camping experience for all:

  • ALL Pets must be on a leash at all times, no longer than 6 feet long. 

  • Pets may not be left outside without an adult owner present at all times. 

  • Pets are not allowed in Restrooms, Shower house, Pool Area or Playground.

  • Immediate clean up after your pet(s) is required.

  • Dogipots are provided throughout the park.  

  • Please keep your Pets out of the landscaped areas.

  • No aggressive breeds are allowed, if your pet becomes aggressive, you will be asked to leave without a refund or credit.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations require a $25.00 cancellation fee.
If guest cancels 14 days or more before arrival date, the remaining deposit is refunded.

If guest cancels less than 14 days before arrival, the remaining deposit amount is transferable once to a future stay within one year.

NO refunds or credit for No-shows, Same Day cancellations, early departures, Holidays, or Special Events weekends.
